Once an inquiry is received, Moussia Hospitality will contact you to get additional information and answer questions to create an apartment request.
Staff at Moussia Hospitality will then collaborate with community partners to see which places would be fitting to your necessities to the best ability.
Important: Apartment requests are not reservations and should not be considered guaranteed until confirmed by the Community Partners' themselves. Due to the high number of referrals we receive and the uncertain discharge date of patients, we may not be able to accommodate everyone’s request.
What should I expect?
Once your inquiry is submitted and information is gathered for your necessities. The Moussia Hospitality will reach out to the community partners with in 48 hours.
Following this process our staff will reconnect with you regarding residential options for your stay in the Rochester - Mayo Area during the timeframe you are in need of. After receiving this information, review and reach back out to the Moussia Hospitality with any questions or selections of places you feel will be best for you and your loved ones.
From there the Moussia Hospitality staff will connect you with the property managers directly.
It is recommended that you follow up 2-7 days before your expected arrival, with the property contact to ensure your accommodations are met.
